I was going through a difficult time.

Endless distractions, constant pressure to do more and be more, and not reaching certain goals weighed on me.

I felt stuck and very unhappy.

Have you ever noticed how much of your happiness depends on looking forward to things? Or how much you focus what you don't have instead of what you do?

It wasn't until I started paying attention that I noticed more beauty, oddity, and wonder in every day life, and I started to appreciate the little things.

I realized that it's not really the big goals or big events on our calendars that make us happy but the intimate moments that mark our hearts. Happiness comes from appreciating the little things in life, and it's available any day, at any time.

My mission for Sona Home has always been to help you create a happy home, and now I've found a more focused way to do just that. I can't wait to come out with more "little things" to help you add that warmth, comfort, and charm to your living spaces. Stay tuned!
