I received my Pink Unicorn Happyart painting in great condition and quickly! I love unicorns and especially PINK unicorns. The colors are vibrant ~ Marti McGinnis never disappoints me! What a collection of her art I have and I love every piece!!! I highly recommend starting your own collection of Marti's artwork.

Happy Art is Colorful, Unique and Uplifting

Marti McGinnis has been making her HappyArt since she lived in Chicago in the 1990's. Doing so has taken her on many a fine adventure around the globe:
From traveling to Art Fairs all over the U.S. to creating greeting card designs with 24 other creatives around the globe for a German company on a private island in the Philippines, Marti has explored color, joy and optimism in just about every media available!

Recently she moved to Mexico where her work continues!

Once your order clears payment, Marti will package it up carefully and label it to ship from a Texas Post Office. To get it from her studio in Mexico up to Texas she will hand it over to a neighbor who makes the journey regularly from the beautiful colonial city of San Miguel de Allende where Marti now lives!
Ricardo drives up to Texas every two weeks or so from San Miguel where Marti now lives. She will give him your package pre-addressed to send from Marshall Texas. Ricardo will drop it off at the post office on his next trip! Can take as much as 4 weeks - but usually you'll get your piece a lot quicker than that. So don't worry! Feel free to check in with Marti for updates!

I have partnered with an awesome company in Montreal with a facility in the U.S. too to print and sew the garments I'm offering. They will ship those items you order from me directly to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
My work is of the highest quality and I've been selling it for years (www.happyart.com) at much higher prices - so while I stand behind my work 100% - please - it is up to you to ask for insurance at YOUR additional cost (which is minimal anyway) in case you think you might have any problems receiving packages on your end. I ship from a teensy small town PO in horse-country Kentucky, where they simply can't lose anything, it's just too dang small. :)
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are a gallery I do make my art available wholesale. Convo me for minimum order requirements.
