I do my utmost best to give accurate descriptions of all items, please be aware that some items are over a 100 years old and often intensely used and loved in the past.
You can always contact me with questions about the items you wish to purchase and I'll try my best to answer them.
Additional Taxes (VAT, BTW) may apply for customers from the Netherlands and the European Union.
Payment is expected within 2 days after placing your order.
I am located in the Netherlands and ship to WORLDWIDE destinations.
All shipping prices are for individual items. Shipping prices vary from country to country and depending on the weight of the total package. I only charge the actual shipping price. When ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS I will always combine them in such a way that the total shipping cost is minimal. I will only charge REAL SHIPPING COSTS.
If you go through checkout , shipping charges are combined. If this results in over charging on actual shipping costs I REFUND THE OVERPAY.
If you prefer you can also contact me before checkout and I'll prepare the package, make a special listing and you pay the actual amount at purchase. This will add at least two business days to processing time.
Shipping time varies depending on the destination. On average it takes between 3 to 7 working days for the shipping to reach customers in Europe and 7 to 14 working days to customers outside Europe.
There is a possible delay due to random Customs check. A delay of 1-2 weeks is common, and this is also likely during the holiday season.
If you have not received your item after one month, please contact me first and I will try to solve the problem.
Any additional charges made by customs are out of my control and the responsibility of the buyer.
INSURANCE AND TRACKING
Orders are not insured and do not have a tracking number, unless buyer requests that in a personal convo prior to ordering.
All items are double wrapped. The inside packaging is fit for gift-giving as indeed I hope you will receive the item as a gift from me.
The outside packaging is intented to ensure safe and unharmed delivery. For my outside package materials I re-use package materials to reduce shipping costs and for environmental reasons.
