Transforming communication through art

Hello! Welcome to SoniaSparkles. I am a digital artist working in healthcare with experience in innovation, improvement and safety. I am passionate about well-being, kindness and simplicity of messages through art.

I’m so excited to share I’ve finally set up a shop for my artwork!

I spend many hours drawing up complex concepts into simple formats that are bright, easy to understand and welcoming. Sometimes it can take days to complete one pictorial, it can be challenging to fit everything onto one page.

I have decided to open a shop to better organise all my work and sell some of it for use to gain back a reward for all the work I put into them. I am so honoured that lots of people use my work and like it. I am on a mission to transform how healthcare communicates to both staff and patients. I’m also striving to promote wellbeing in work (joy in work) and quality improvement concepts.

I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years in various roles, I have a Masters in innovation & improvement science and degree in Healthcare Leadership. I’ve devoted most my life to healthcare and have a good insight into the systems, culture and how it operates.
