.Please read all policies from my shop before ordering. Before sending any customized orders, buyer must approve. If I do not receive a contact for approval, I will refund money for purchase after three days. I strive to make all orders to your expectations.

Welcome to Sonny Buds!
My shop shows designs that can be customized on tee shirts, cards, prints, and more. I use digital transfers for tee shirts that are heatpressed on a quality heatpress. Please use your imagination on how you can use the designs as you bowse through.
All purchases will be approved for custom or personalized items before sending. A picture will be sent to your Email in an attached file of the item or items requested. The item will be sent after approval and confirmation of payment. Please pay attention to the item you are approving. This is the way it will be sent. I cannot sell custom items because of the personalization. My objective is to help you in anyway to get the item you see and like. Any custom order's cost will depend on the time and materials added to the item to make it for you.
All custom orders are final. If you buy them as they are presented in the listing and want no changes then I will refund or exchange after you return.


Item or items will be sent asap after your payment. Direct payment and paypal are payment options.
I will send within 3 days for items listed. Please cancel during this time. It will make it better for both of us. Again customized items will be shipped on approval of item and will take a longer time to ship. This will be discussed through my etsy contact.


Most shipping methods will be UPS. It will be shipped after I have approval of your order and payment has been confirmed. I will meet deadlines ONLY if enough time is allowed. I will NOT gaurantee shipping orders to be received at time of need but will do my best to get it to you on time.
The shipping cost on my listings are estimated since I do not know where orders are going until ordered. It is best to let me know through conversation/contact where it will be shipped before you place order so I can change the shipping cost. Most of the time it is more. I do include a lot of the shipping cost in the price of the item. Some places do not have UPS hubs so the shipping cost is more. This means UPS has to travel farther to deliver. Please let me know before ordring so I won't have to add the extra to the transaction.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please notify me by email if you need to return an item. All return notifications within 3 days after receiving. After receiving return, a refund will be credited to your Pay Pal account or Direct Pay. Any items returned damaged will not be refunded unless damaged during shipping. Please explain the reason for return for example, "didn't fit." If it is a customized Item and was approved, that is a final sell. I cannot resell items that are customized.

Seller Information

Please understand that customized items are designed to meet your own personalization needs. I do not charge to design or do custom art until you approve. So if you are not happy with the design then you do not have to order. If more time is put into the project, then I will let you know that it will be an extra charge. Usually I will do one attempt for no charge but after will charge for the time put into the project. It is important that you are clear on the description of what you want and I will let you know if I can do it. I am eager to help you as much as I can. Please read all policies.
