Thank you for visiting Sophia's Celebrations! My shop features custom handmade party and event decor.
Payment is due at time of purchase. All orders are final as they are made to order.
Items requested in less than a weeks time are subject to a $10 rush fee. Please send me a convo to ensure that I can get your order to you in time.
All items ship via USPS. You will be notified when your order is completed and shipped. All orders are prioritized by party date. Please make sure you specify the date you need your order to arrive by.
I may be able to ship items to Canada; please send me a convo to discuss. **All buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be imposed on items going through customs when shipped internationally.**
Refunds and Exchanges
All orders are final, as they are custom made. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me. My goal is for you to be happy with your order and have a wonderful celebration.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I will try to match each order as closely as possible to the pictures in my listings. However, ribbons and paper colors may vary slightly due to availability. The color schemes will remain the same.
