At Sophie + Moose we've spent countless hours researching current and on-trend fabric designers and manufacturers from around the world and we're really excited to be able to offer the best of these designs to you, handmade into beautiful baby accessories.

We're passionate about giving your little ones the best quality and safest products we can, and so all our products are made with natural materials such as cotton and bamboo. Our suck pads are the only product backed with a man made fibre - a super soft microfleece - which was selected because it's water resistant which will keep your carrier/front pack as dry as possible.

We only make and sell products we would be happy to give to our own baby or use ourselves. We absolutely love all of our hand selected fabrics and handmade products and we're sure you will too!

RETURNS
We take care with packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, however should an item be damaged, please send a photo of it to us and we will gladly replace it.

If you receive a faulty item please send a photo of the fault via email and we will send you a replacement.

We will replace faulty products with the same item in a fabric of the same design if available, or offer you a different fabric if your original choice is out of stock.

As all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for changes of mind.

We can only replace damaged or faulty items if you let us know within 14 days of receiving your items.

SHIPPING OVERCHARGES
My shipping charges at checkout are estimates based on information taken from the New Zealand post website. I will never ask for more money for shipping if it costs more than you have paid, however, I will refund you for the amount you have been overcharged if it's more then $1NZD over the actual shipping cost.
