    I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

    If you don't receive your package after 5 weeks, please email us and together we will work it out.

    We only accept paypal.
    Shipping
    Shipping And Handling: We package our rings very carefully. We put them in a small ziploc style bag. Then we put them in a bubble bag and then we put them in a sturdy box. I have been left happy comments by customers thanking me for the way I packaged their items.At this time, all orders under $100 will be sent “small package” air mail so tracking is not possible and there is no insurance.

    As of May 31st (2009), all orders over $100 will be automatically upgraded to EMS so there will be tracking and insurance. All EMS packages will be sent on Thurdays or Fridays. I will email you the tracking number after I send the package.

    Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees nor can we advise about the rules regarding customs fees for any country.

    We ship 2-3 times a week. I will email/convo you after I ship your package so you know it is on the way. Just a note: If you place an order on a Thursday, given the time differences and my schedule, I won't likely be able to send your package until the following Tuesday.




    PLEASE NOTE that as of May 25th, 2012 all packages to South America will only be sent via EMS.

    SouZouCreations' products are made with attention to detail, creativity and long lasting dependability.

    These products are constructed with many types of plastic, glass, metal, ceramic and much more. They are not expensive pieces but are meant to be fun and beautiful.

    SouZouCreations' products are created to be worn on special occasions – fun times or to add a little bling to any outfit.

    A note about glues. I have researched and experimented with just about every type of glue on the market. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as the perfect glue which will bond every material forever. Sometimes accidents happen (Murphy’s Law) and the pieces may separate. If so just use any good glue and glue the pieces back together. Due to the variable and unpredictable longevity of the bond produced by the types of glues available, these products are not guaranteed. All purchases are non-refundable.
