Hi, the black mirrors are similar to regular mirrors. They are glass with paint applied to the back. In this case the paint is black. It sounds easy, but it takes quite a bit of time and patience to prepare the mirror and apply the paint in just the right way in order for the mirror to be free of imperfections.
