SOUL SOURCE STUDIO takes reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure and do not use it to market to you, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site. If purchasing from Etsy, Etsy has other rights afforded to customers and should inquire with Etsy.

PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. If you are requesting shipping within the USA, sales tax will be charged on jewelry orders shipped depending on the sales tax rates where you live when purchasing from SOUL SOURCE STUDIO which is based in the State of Minnesota. It should be noted that in the State of Minnesota, sales tax is to be charged on shipping costs of taxable items, in this case “jewelry”. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from the time of purchase. The US Dollar price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored.

RETURN POLICY
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for store credit or exchange. Returns are not accepted, but if there are any problems at all with your order please do not hesitate to contact SOUL SOURCE STUDIO and an arrangement may be made at the discretion of SOUL SOURCE STUDIO owner to remedy any problems that have occurred at my own error. No exchanges will be honored unless discussed and agreed upon by this seller. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. If for any reason we discuss a return you must notify SOUL SOURCE STUDIO owner of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Arrangements must be made with SOUL SOURCE STUDIO within 7 days of the arrival of your item(s). Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge and agreement will be refused. In the case of returns we do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. If the error was at the fault of SOUL SOURCE STUDIO and an exchange or repair of your item is agreed upon, the shipping of the return of the fixed or exchanged item will be covered by SOUL SOURCE STUDIO.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. If ordering through Etsy, Etsy will send confirmation of your order and when your order has processed and shipped. Unless you cancel your order within the allotted 12 hours, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order. Completion of the contract between you and SOUL SOURCE STUDIO will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you at which time you will receive a second email containing you tracking number, and confirming that your order has been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the State of Minnesota, USA, and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion within the requirements expected by Etsy sellers. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

PAYMENT
Payments through Etsy or associated Square accounts can be made by the accepted payments related to that Site. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the packing of your order by SOUL SOURCE STUDIO. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment to SOUL SOURCE STUDIO, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All items are one of a kind. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately.
If an item is out of stock we have to cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit/debit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright of intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content as herein described and contained in this Site, shall remain at all times housed in SOUL SOURCE STUDIO and/or are the property of their respective owners. All such Content, including third party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by federal and state laws and regulations and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by SOUL SOURCE STUDIO and/or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited.

In addition to the Intellectual property rights mentioned above, "Content" is defined as all information such as the "look and feel" of the Site, data files, graphics, text, photographs, drawings, logos, and/or images. SOUL SOURCE STUDIO tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete.

NO COMMERCIAL USE
This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, products, or services contained within this Site.

All sessions & private healings must be viewed as for “entertainment purposes” and therefore results cannot be guaranteed as this very much depends upon your own personal belief system and alignment. You must be of sound mind and not vulnerable either emotionally or mentally. You must understand that any person giving a message or conducting a private sitting is expressing their own views and opinions. You must only seek a private sitting of your own accord and must not be coerced in any way to take part. You must understand that any advice given or inferred at any time is open to interpretation, and as such, anything said, which you may act upon is purely your own decision. Those under 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to receive messages. The person giving you a private healing will explain what is to take place and ensure that you both fully understand and accept the explanation. For private healings you must declare that you are over 18 years of age.
