Soul Vista Studio creates gentle printables and practices for calm, reflection, and moments of everyday peace.
I created Soul Vista Studio as a quiet space to return to — a place for slowing down, softening the pace, and reconnecting with what feels steady and true. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to offer small moments of pause, whether that’s through a simple affirmation, a bookmark in your favourite book, a simple meditation, or a gentle daily ritual.
Everything here is created with intention, simplicity, and a sense of calm presence — to support you in finding moments of stillness within your everyday life.
What began as a personal practice—seeking calm, clarity, and a more grounded way of living—naturally grew into something I wanted to share with others.
I’m a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, and much of what I create is inspired by the moments of stillness and connection I witness in my work. I’m also a musician and creative at heart. I play the Celtic harp and tongue drum, as well as a singer and songwriter drawn to soft, grounding sound.
Outside of this, I’m a horsewoman, sharing my days with two beautiful horses, a crazy Jack Russell Terrier and a wonderful husband who all keep me grounded and deeply connected to nature.
At Soul Vista Studio, we believe in:
• Calm over overwhelm
• Presence over perfection
• Softness over urgency
• Small moments that gently shape your day
Everything is created to feel light, intentional, and deeply human.
Thank you for being here, and for inviting these moments of calm into your space. May this be a soft space to return to, whenever you need it.
With warmth,
Soul Vista Studio
