Returns and exchange details
Refunds: Refunds are issued due to unexpected problems and are dealt with on a case by case basis. Refunds are considered only if your order did not arrive or it arrived damaged. If your order arrived damaged and you are seeking a replacement or refund then it is required that you send the pieces back to Soul + Selene. Once the pieces have been received, we can proceed with remedying the conflict. Please note that all our pieces are one of a kind and replacements will always differ from your initial purchase.

In any case, you will not be refunded the cost of shipping. Replacement pieces will require another shipping fee.

Exchange: Soul + Selene does not offer exchange of purchase.
Payment
Soul + Selene requires immediate payment and uses Etsy’s new Direct Checkout. This enables buyers to pay with various currencies and methods including debit, credit, giftcard, paypal, and Apple Pay.

Soul + Selene does not allow order cancellations.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped with Canada Post from Sooke, BC within 3 business days of your purchase (ie. If you purchased on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped by Wednesday). All Canada and US orders will have tracking. Over seas orders do not have tracking.

All orders will be marked ‘shipped’ once put in the post. Orders within Canada generally take 1-2 weeks and orders heading to the USA can take 1-4 weeks. Over Seas orders can exceed 4 weeks delivery time.

If you require an alternative shipping option such as expedited or the use of a courier, please message me and we can arrange to meet your needs.

When possible, I try to use as many recycled materials for packaging as possible. This includes re-using boxes, foam and bubble wrap. Using recycled materials is eco-friendly and cuts down your shipping cost!

Soul + Selene ships worldwide and is not responsible for border and customs fees.

Att Locals: Anyone living in the Sooke and Victoria Region can arrange for pick-up or drop-off purchases to avoid shipping fees!

How can I ensure the longevity of dried flowers?

Dried flowers are very delicate, but when handled with care and love they can last a lifetime. Keeping your dried flowers (and also fabrics) out of direct sunlight will decrease the chance of discoloration and increase longevity.

When packaged, I ensure that the dried flowers are supported and covered to minimize any chance of damage during its journey to you.

Do you cleanse your crystals before shipping them?

Yes, I do! All Soul + Selene items, including crystals, are cleansed using sound. My chosen instruments are a sanusla, crystal pyramid and chimes. Re-tuning crystals with sound returns them to their base resonant frequency. This clears the crystal of energy from previous handlers and environments.

Can I request a custom order?

I would love to create a custom offering for you! Please message me to collaborate together. Custom order turn around and shipping time will vary on the piece you are requesting; this will be discussed during our collaboration!

How accurate are your photos?

All photos in the Soul + Selene shop have been taken in natural sunlight. It is important to me that the photos represent the product and colours as honestly as possible; However, there is always a chance that colours may appear slightly different in person than they do in photos. Please take the time to read product descriptions so that you are fully aware of the product you are purchasing.
