I ordered the sloth succulent plant as a gift for my friend and she loved it. I received great customer service through the entirety of the ordering process and everything came together perfectly!

The tree is made well and packaged well. It is very cute and festive. However, the style of the tree is less earthy than the picture and has a lot more bling! The gift recipient loved it though.

She went out of her way to ship this about 1 month after I purchased it, per my request.

The plant was very well wrapped and secured and made it across the country in the mail intact. The container is adorable and the plants are gorgeous!

I purchased the cactus planter of succulents as a housewarming gift. I contacted Maritza to ask if it could be delivered sooner than my invoice indicated. See responded right away and arranged to get it sent off the same day!!! I was amazed & delighted!! The plants and planter arrived in perfect condition & were very well received!! I would have liked to have had an idea of the size of the planter. That was not in the description of the product. I would have loved it even more if it was a bit larger but I was so drawn to it that I bought it even though I had no good idea about its size. I am very pleased with the product and the customer service that I received. MR
