If you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it. Items must be returned to me within 7 days of receipt and must be in original condition and unused. Payment will not be refunded until merchandise is received back. Shipping costs are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Payments are required to be posted to my account no later than 2 days after the purchase. I will let you know through convo and email if the payment has not gone through within that time and then cancel the order! If you live in Florida, there is a mandatory 7% sales tax that happens automatically.
While I prefer Etsy Direct Payments and PayPal, I also accept money orders or cashier's checks. NO personal checks! If mailing your payment, contact me immediately, so I know it is on its way. I won’t ship until I have payment in full.

I ship within 24 hours of payment and if for some reason I can’t, I will convo you right away and let you know. I ship via USPS in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Small Box. Please contact me if you'd prefer some other method and we can discuss it. I won’t re-ship or refund orders that are shown as delivered using the Post Office "Delivery Confirmation" program. I pay for domestic shipping, meaning I only ship within the USA. If you are an international shopper please convo me BEFORE you consider ordering and we can discuss shipping options.

Insurance is always optional. If an item is damaged or lost in transit and insurance is not purchased, I cannot be held liable. So let me know if you want me to add it to your shipping costs.

I do include a business card but not an invoice. As the buyer you will have the invoice in your Etsy history. I ship only to the address associated with the buyer's account unless you convo me and we discuss shipping to another address.

Different light angles can produce noticeably different color. I try to describe the colors as close as possible in the listing. Remember that different brightness settings on different computers can change the appearance.

Uniqueness and Care
I do use natural copper wire and sterling silver in some of my jewelry. The type of wire will be clearly noted in my listing. Natural Copper will get a patina. You may want to let the patina age your item, if not, use any polishing cloth to bring back the shine. The same method will work for sterling silver items.
While the ParaWire I use is non-tarnshing, all jewelry can use a cleaning after wearing. Hairspray, perfumes and oils from our hands can reduce the dazzle. When you need to freshen your piece you'll need:

Dawn dish soap
Soft cloth
Soft toothbrush – optional
Jewelry polishing cloth
In a small bowl, lightly clean the jewelry with warm water and Dawn soap. Use a soft toothbrush if needed to reach under or between wires. Take care around gemstones and pearls. Don’t pull/catch the wires, they’re holding in the stone!
Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry with a non-snagging cotton cloth or paper towel.
Once the jewelry has thoroughly dried, buff it gently with a polishing cloth.

Store your clean, dry jewelry in a zip lock bag to keep it clean. You can add a non-tarnishing paper to the bag to keep copper and sterling pieces shiny.

DON’T use toothpaste. It is abrasive!
