Herbalism with Respect Towards the Land
I moved to United Stated in 2015, from Mexico City, looking to share my culture through food, but in a healthy way. This soon evolved to adding herbalism into my cuisine, which is now "Kitchen Medicine", and making more traditional plant medicine in tinctures, salves, and more, when I saw the lack of herb resources and the boom of herbalism with exotic, expensive and endangered plants.
My approach to food and herbalism is based on education and demystification that herbalism should be expensive, but can be easy, fun, approachable, delicious -at times- while honoring my lineage, inviting you to connect with yours, the land we live on, while growing some of my herbs and/or sourcing from trusted growers :)

Are these made from organic ingredients?
Yes. Some herbs are grown by me without using any pesticides, and others are sourced from trusted farms. The ethanol is made from sugar cane and is organic as well.
