Care instructions
High quality heat transfer vinyls are used in our shop. For best resolutes we ask that you turn t-shirt/bodysuit inside out, machine wash in cold water, and hang to dry. DO NOT, wash in hot water, put in dryer, or iron over design.
To extend the life of your item please follow care instructions. Care instructions will be included with your order.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized designs for any occasion! Simply message us to discuss themes, color, personalization, etc, and we will work with you to create a one of a kind item just for you.
Personalized Orders
Provide all the information we need to get started on your order, you can do this at checkout in the note to seller section.
Custom Orders
A proof will be sent to be approved within 2 business days. If your order shipping date is overdue and we tried contacting you multiple times and you still have not approved the design, your order will be refunded.
Processing and Shipping
•All items are made to order so give us 3-10 business days to finish your order and 3-5 business days for shipping.
•All orders are shipped through USPS First Class (3-5 business days)

Shipping upgrades only speed up shipping time it does not speed up production. If you need your order sooner please contact me before ordering.
Return Policy
If there are any problems please contact me the one or two days after delivery, so we can discuss a solution. If you have not contacted us two days after delivery no refunds will be given. If item is damaged, YOU MUST SEND A PICTURE. Contact me to arrange a exchange within 3 days of items being delivered. All items must be returned in their original condition. (Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.) Unfortunately, the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders are none refundable so please make sure all the information is correct.

Sizing details
We use next level Ideal Racerback Tank Tops. They Run small so please be sure to review our size chart carefully, most of our customers size up one for a more normal fit and size up two for a more flowy fit. We use Bella+Canvas or Next Level unisex tee. It will fit more loosely and longer then a normal women’s tee. The unisex t-shirt we will send will depend on the availability from or wholesalers.
There will be a size chart listed in the photo display with each listing. I do not guarantee fit - if you ask me for my recommendation, that is all it is - a recommendation, not a guarantee of fit. I can email you size charts if they are not posted in the description.
Conversation/Convos
Any convos made PRIOR to purchase that have details necessary for your order MUST BE NOTED AGAIN IN MESSAGE TO SELLER AT CHECKOUT - I create items based on the notes in the PAID ORDERS not on messages prior to ordering... Again, any convos back and forth before your purchase are not saved and are not part of your order - any details MUST BE NOTED again in Message to seller section at checkout. I sell on multiple sites and I do not memorize every message.
Correct Address/Items Lost In The Mail
I ship to address provided by Etsy. If incorrect address is given at checkout, item will not be refunded if lost in transit or delivered to wrong address. If you checkout and then message me a new address, there is no guarantee that item will be shipped to new address. Again, I go by the address confirmed on the receipt. If item is lost in the m mail we do not refund it, you must contact the shipping carrier.
Exchanges
If an exchange has been agreed to the item must be shipped back to us in its original condition within 7 business days, if item is not shipped back within those 7 business days then our agreement is void and we will not be able to exchange the item for you.
