I love helping make your special day just a little more special by making custom items created just for you. I love doing custom work so if you have that little thought in your mind about how you would like your unity candle or luminaries please share it with me so we can create your special day a little more special.

Payment
I accept Paypal as the only form of payment. Make sure and choose paypal when checking out...this still allows you to pay with your credit/debit card. DO NOT choose OTHER or it won't let you pay.
All orders are processed once payment is received and will be processed on a first come first serve basis. All of our items are custom made to order so processing time needs to be remembered.
I may require a 60% down payment for large custom orders.
Shipping
I normally use the Priotity mail for 2-3 day delivery for all candles and UPS for all luminarie orders . If you buy multiple items I will put as many items as I can in one box.
Please ask us to add Signature Confirmation for $2 if you would like the mail person to require a signature upon delivery (if you're not home, they will ask you to pick up the package in person at the Post office within a few days, or it will be returned).

My glassware is packaged very carefully to withstand transit, but sometimes accidents happen. If something arrives broken, please contact me immediately so we can work something out! Broken items must be kept until the insurance claim has been processed--this could be 30-90 days. Pictures of broken items might also be required before a replacement can be made.

If you are outside of the States and would like to purchase something please contact us and we will look into the details.

If you are local we can arrange a pick up.
Refunds and Exchanges
Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have ordered, return your purchase within ten days to receive an exchange, credit or refund (except on custom-made or personalized items). Please package glass & candle items carefully as they are very fragile! We are unable to offer refunds on items that are returned broken. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee. We are unable to refund shipping charges.
