NEW**** If you request a REFUND, you will get your refund minus charges that Etsy charge for a Refund. It usually isn't over $3.00.

I'm offering First Class Mail for items that qualify according to weight. (Not covered by insurance if it gets lost)
You can upgrade to Priority Shipping and receive in 1-3 days which includes tracking and insurance.
***If you choose First Class Mail- I will not be responsible for you item if it gets lost in the mail. I'm not replacing or refunding money if the USPS looses it. If you want a guarantee of your item or money back if you don't receive it, you should pay for Priority Mail so there is insurance on your package if it gets lost.
Priority Upgrade is available in shopping cart when you check out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail which can arrive as quickly as 1 week or take as long as 6 weeks. Usually 10 -14 days
is average.
*International buyers:
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duty taxes. Southern Cozy Home has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are set by your government. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.
There is NO tracking with International First Class shipping.
