Quality Gemstones with Southern Charm!

As a self-taught gemstone faceter and jeweler, I have been supplying clients with wonderfully crafted, handmade jewelry for several years. My desire to become a great artist came when I discovered this one fact: The gemstone makes the ring, earring or pendent and not the metal used to hold the gemstone!

The art of cutting and polishing a gemstone is a truly rewarding experience using a professional precision faceting machine. Many customers have told me how much they enjoy their beautiful jewelry. This gives me great satisfaction knowing that someone will love something that I created for years to come.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us ASAP! We want you to LOVE your purchase. From the outpouring of gracious feedback from our outstanding customers, we know that our product is the highest quality and that you will treasure your purchase for years to come!

As you will see below, we do accept returns with conditions. We did have a liberal return policy, but some took advantage of us by using our shop as their free special event loaner program. They would purchase a ring, for example, and then ask for a return after a couple of weeks stating they didn't like it. We would get it back and the setting and gemstone would have to be completely disassembled and disinfected from their use of the ring. After several conversations and incidences, we determined that we could not allow this to continue. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns may be accepted if you contact me within 3 days of delivery. Return package must be received by us within 10 business days of original delivery date according to the seller USPS tracking number. Shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all returns are subject to 20% being removed from item price to cover labor & consumables for preparing your order, and to cover cleaning, polishing, inspection, etc. before the item can be resold. Thank you for your understanding. Please package well! If the item is damaged during return shipping or is not in original condition, we may deduct a portion of the refund to cover cost of damages. Any gemstone in or not in a setting that is scratched or damaged in any way will not be accepted.

Returns for custom orders are not accepted. This includes ring orders that have the separate resizing listing added to the order.

Although we have never had to exchange an item, we can accept exchanges on a case by case basis.

I accept payments through Etsy Payments and Paypal. Etsy Payments now accepts guest checkout.

Did you know that you don't need an actual Paypal account to make a credit card payment?!?! Here is how is works:
1) Customers enter their name and shipping address.
2) They’re prompted for their credit card, email address, and phone number.
3) (Optional) After reviewing their information, they may choose to save their information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster.
(This information comes directly from the Paypal website.)

You can pay directly with your credit card, thanks to Etsy Payments (direct checkout) through Etsy.

Ships to USA. PO Boxes are accepted. Ships to selected foreign countries.
Shipping
After your payment has cleared, we will ship within five business days, but we usually try to get the package in the mail the same or next day. Your item will be thoughtfully packaged to avoid any potential damage during delivery. We do combine similar items for shipping.

If you pay via Paypal, I ship to the address that is indicated on your PayPal account so I can be covered under PayPal’s protection policy. Please double check to verify that the shipping address is correct and current prior to using PayPal.

Once I process and ship your order, and should a package be returned to me due to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to reship the package to you.

Inventory Environment

All items are stored in a non-smoking environment.

Photography

We strive to take accurate photographs of our products. We are not professional photographers, so we try to describe any differences between the images and the item itself when there is a discrepancy. The lighter faceted gemstones are the most difficult to photograph as the images often turn out a bit darker than the stone itself.

How will I know if an item is shipped?

A tracking number will be attached to the order as soon as the postage has been printed. You may click on the tracking number to see the progress of the shipment.

How long does it take to ship a ready-made item?

We usually ship out within two business days, but we will contact you if we think it may take longer.

Do you have a return policy?

What if my return package is damaged?

What if my ring does not fit?

First, don't panic. In many cases, I may be able to change the setting for you depending on what I have in stock. If you wish to take care of resizing in your town, I recommend going to a local jeweler (not big box chain). You should be able to get it resized for around $29.00+/-, depending on how much variance there is. In any case, contact me and let's see what we can do for you!

Are earrings considered an intimate item?

For purposes of our return or exchange policies, earrings are considered to be intimate item. We cannot accept earrings back for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Jewelry Allergies & Sensitivities

All of my sterling silver jewelry consists of .925 solid silver and .075 copper (copper is what gives sterling silver its unique shine, and is the reason sterling silver tarnishes). Individuals with a sensitivity to copper may have a reaction such as a green coloration from the copper in sterling silver. I cannot be responsible for allergic reactions to my jewelry. It may even happen if someone has never reacted before.

There are some wonderful products on the market that you can use to coat the silver if you discover that you have a sensitivity. Some have had good success. I can't recommend a specific product, but you can do a quick search and find several.
