I assure you that any purchases you make with me will be handled promptly and with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. I am so excited to be able to share my creations with you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
You MUST contact me within 3 days of receiving your items. I will not accept the items back if you have not contacted me first. Failing to contact me first prior to your return will result in the item being returned to sender. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to ship it back to me. You will then receive your money back less all shipping and handling charges.
I accept PayPal payments and credit card payments through Etsy's Direct Checkout. Payment must be made within 3-5 business days of completed custom orders unless previous arrangements have been made with me prior.
Items will be shipped within 1-5 business days after payment is received.

I ship all items packaged carefully in a brand new corrugated box and I tie them to the inside bottom flaps of the box, so they do not shift at all during shipping. The bottom flaps of the box are also zip tied down. When you receive the package, all you have to do is cut the zip-ties and lift the items out (please be careful not to cut the ribbon or flowers when removing your items from the box).
For bouquets, I recommend you remove them from the box and store them upright in a vase until your big day (if left laying down, the flowers on the underside will get flattened). If you are concerned about the flowers collecting dust before your wedding, you can place a lightweight plastic bag or tissue paper (just NO colored or dyed plastic or paper as it can stain the flowers) over the flowers to keep any dust off.
Boutonnieres and corsages can be left lying flat as they are naturally somewhat flat on the backside, but I still recommend that you remove them from the zip ties.

I ship all items via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. After I ship your items out, you will receive an Etsy email with the tracking number, so that you can track your purchase while it is being shipped.
Southern Girl Weddings will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they leave my possession. Each order is fully insured.


***Please note: If your country has any restrictions on animal products, I cannot ship any feathers in your bouquets/boutonnieres/corsages/etc. - they will be removed prior to shipping.

I ship the international packages Priority Mail International through the United States Postal Service. I have some countries already listed in the item descriptions. If your country is not listed, please let me know and I can give you a quote on the shipping costs. I am happy to ship anywhere! I know the shipping rates are pretty expensive, but it is due to the weight and large size of the boxes that I have to ship the bouquets in. International buyers are also responsible for paying any of their country's own customs/VAT fees. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Additional policies and FAQs
COLORS: Color display varies among computer hardware/smart phone screens; therefore the colors in the photos may appear different to your monitor/smart phone screen. I cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies. If you are concerned about color matching, I encourage you to purchase sample flower stems prior to placing your order.
