Hi, I'm Jan and I am delighted you stopped in to visit my store. I will do my best to help you with your purchase, get it to you in a timely manner, safely, and the most cost effective way.

I will accept PayPal and USPS Money Orders. If you choose to purchase with a money order I will ship your purchase once the Money Order has cleared.
All purchases are generally sent within 48 hours of the sale.
All large wreaths are sent UPS Ground so it generally takes 7 to 10 days until delivery.
To save my customer money, all smaller items are sent USPS. Jewelry is shipped in a bubble envelope, magnets in a metal tin and bubble envelope. Small wreaths are boxed.
I can ship USPS Priority Mail and price will depend upon the size box I can safely ship the item in. Just send me an e-mail you want your order sent Priority Mail and I will let you know the cost. Any item can be insured, but this fee must be paid by the purchaser.
PLEASE be sure you shipping address is correct and you are indeed purchasing the correct item/s.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns ten days out from your delivery date.
I will give you a full refund minus the original shipping fee.
If you paid by Money Order your refund will be in the form of a USPS Money Order. If you paid through PayPal your refund will be through PayPal.
Should an item become damaged during shipping and you did not choose to insure, please send me a full description and photos of the damage. I will work with you to try and resolve the problem if I can.
If you want to exchange an item because you are dissatisfied with your purchase I can work through this with you too. All items are a 'one of a kind' so an exchange will be of a similar type and price range.
