Please note that our bath bombs and soaps are made with high quality butters and oils. This can make your bath tub and shower slippery at times. Artisan soap bars last longer if they are kept out of direct water.

Wholesale availability

We do accept wholesale orders at this time. Contact me for more information. We can not send free samples without purchase.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All bath and body items are shrink wrapped. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Processing Time

Your items are made to order. We want you to have to freshest product possible. Please check current processing times before ordering.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our of body products they are 100% NON-RETURNABLE. However, if you have any issue with your order, please contact me and let me attempt to correct it. I want you to be happy!

Earrings and Jewelry are returnable. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom and personalized orders

Please kindly check your address as we are not responsible for wrong addresses being given to us. Also, after a package has left our shop, we are not responsible for delays with USPS. You will be sent a tracking number to follow your package. I have the same access to tracking that you do. Holler and Shine is also not responsible for, nor will give refunds for packages deemed "undelivered" and/or stolen packages that are listed in tracking at "delivered". Please check with your post office for the steps to take in this situation.
