      I am a graphic designer and I send the printer the completed digital file for printing for my customers. They will print and ship the order out when complete.

    Frequently asked questions
    Custom and personalized orders

    All my designs are custom with the details you send me after you make your purchase. I will send you 2 proofs and then the final files. All proofs are sent 1-2 days after purchase. If I do not hear back from you with changes after 1 week I will assume the file is good and I will close out your order. After 1 week, I will not make changes to your file unless you respond and ask for more time for changes ahead of time.

    Also, if you place an order but do not send details or respond to my emails or etsy conversations after a week I will cancel your order. This helps me stay efficient and able to provide the best possible service to all my customers!

    Printed Orders

    If you would like me to print your design for you I will send you a quote before you purchase. I will send you 2 digital proofs and then the final digital file before I send to the printer.

    Custom and personalized orders

    All orders are for personal use only. Please do not resell digital downloads or any of the files I provide. Thank you!

    Digital Downloads

    I do not offer cancellations or refunds on digital downloads. No changes or customizations can be made but please contact me for a custom order (additional charges may apply)
