Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Our products are made to order, and often feature customizations, for this reason we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.
With that said, if you happen to receive an order that is damaged or there has been a mistake(we’re all human here after all) we will certainly do our best to resolve the issue. Please reach out to us directly, rather than leaving a review which can delay the process, with a photo showing the shirt graphic and clothing tag and description of the issue within 7 days of delivery and we will work quickly to find a solution.
Do you have a quality guarantee?
Yes! We want you to love your purchase. If there’s a printing error or defect please reach out to us right away with a photo and we will make it right. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
How do I choose the right size?
Each listing includes a detailed size chart in the product photos as well as the description. We recommend measuring a favorite tee or hoodie and comparing it to the chart for the best fit. Please review and double check the sizing guide to ensure you are ordering the desired fit as this can vary greatly based on the intended style: fitted, relaxed, baggy, oversized, etc.
