Returns and exchange details
FOR ESSENTIAL OIL USING PRODUCTS: Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for sanitary reasons. Please contact us if you have any specific questions about any of our products, ingredients or scents before purchasing.
FOR FIREFLY LIGHTS LAMPS
Returns are NOT accepted, but please contact us if you have any problem with your order
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We will issue a refund or exchange ONLY if an item arrive damage (damaged during transit)
If your package arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours in order for us to file a shipping claim, photos of the damaged box and contents will be requested.
Buyer can request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing an order, after 4 hours, buyer will be charged for the purchased item.
Payment is due when order is placed.
If using PayPal and paying with an e-check, order will be shipped until e-check has been cleared.
Orders not paid within (2) business days, it will be canceled.
All custom orders must be paid for in advance before any work will begin.
Shipping takes place Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays
* Orders will usually ship within 1-2 business days via USPS and will include tracking number
* You will receive a confirmation message when you order is ready to ship
* On custom orders, the shipping time can range from 3-10 business days excluding holidays. This can be arranged in a private conversation through Etsy
MISSING AND DAMAGE SHIPMENTS:
Please notify me as soon as possible and within (7) days of the original order shipment date if you have not received your package.
If your package arrived damaged, please notify me within 24 hours, I will either refund or replace your item, and photos of the damaged box and contents will be requested in order for me to file a shipping claim, and prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
FAILING TO PROVIDE A CORRECT SHIPPIG ADDRESS
If failing to provide a correct shipping address and/or leaving out vital information, will result in:
* delay in the delivery of the package
* delivery to a wrong address or unit (apartments/condos), or
* not delivery of your item
In the event of a lost item, you (buyer) are responsible to re-purchase the item and repay shipping.
In the event the item is returned to me (seller), you (buyer) will be invoiced for the full shipping cost for the item to be re-delivered.
Please keep current and updated your shipping information on file with Etsy to avoid such an issue.
The USPS automatically includes $100 of insurance with domestic Priority Mail and domestic Priority Mail Express packages.

FOR ESSENTIAL OIL PRODUCTS: Please take in mind of allergy concerns when purchasing our products.
We try to list ingredients used whenever possible to avoid any issues, but it is ultimately up to the customer to make note of possible allergen issue that may arise.
We are not to be held responsible for any reaction that it may be caused with the use of our products. Please contact us prior to making a purchase if ingredient allergies could be an issue for you.
Purchase of our products means that you agree to hold harmless SoyaNaturals™ from any liability if an issue arises from use of our products.
