Not what I expected, asked seller before purchase if this would fit my daughter, gave all measurements and was assured it would fit. Way too big! I contacted the seller immediately to ask if I could return for refund, never got a response. After reading store policy of only being able to return for store credit, I gave up, I'm stuck with the wrap. Maybe she can wear it for dress up when she gets older.

This was well worth the money and a very beautiful item and honestly I wish I found this before I had sleeves added to my wedding dress because I bought the Bell sleeves and had the same sleeves basically added to my wedding dress for $500 and I would have been very happy with this because the quality is very nice and their materials feels rich and it's exactly what I expected. If I remember I will try to add a picture here once I have my wedding... I'm using it as my reception dress cover up. Thank you very much.

Most everyone receives them very fast but there is always a chance of your package being held up in your country's customs for several weeks. We do not have any control over USPS shipping delays after your package leaves our hands. If you are experiencing a delay in your shipment please contact USPS at www.usps.com or call them direct at 1-800-ASK-USPS with your tracking number that can be found on your etsy order with any issues.

Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees.

Check with your country's tax regulations to see if there will be any additional fees before making your purchase.

We are not be responsible for these fees in any way and will not issue a refund because of them or cover any additional costs for you. We have no control over what Country's charge duties, taxes or levies or any other type of fee after your package leaves our hands.

If you would like to purchase insurance or registered mail, please let us know ahead of time and we can do this for any additional cost.

Refunds and Exchanges
-Return your item:
We accept returns for your choice of either "in store credit" or "exchange for another item" (one time only) if you email us within 3 days after the order is delivered. Due to the mostly one use nature of our items we do not offer refunds back to credit cards or paypal accounts for any reason. The item must be in new condition, perfume free and returned with all tags and packaging. We MUST receive a message through etsy conversation for your return within 3 days after the order is delivered. Then we will assign an RMA number to you and you need to follow our shipping instructions. We do not credit the cost of shipping.

Please note that we use the tracking number of your order to determine the delivery date. We are not responsible for any delay that happened on the customer's side.

***All buyers are responsible for all shipping, store credit returns and exchange your item shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.

-Exchange your item:
You can exchange for a different size/color if you email us within 3 days of receiving the item. We do not cover return shipping and the cost of re-shipping your item. We MUST receive an email for your exchange and you need to follow our shipping instructions. Please note the exchange is one time only.

Please allow us 2 to 6 business days to process your exchange after we receive the return back. Please convo us if you need the exchange urgently.

Sorry there is no store credit or exchange after your event date please.

-Wrong item:
We closely inspect every item that leaves us. All items that we sell are brand new. If you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will refund your shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping back and re-shipping from us.

Please make sure the item is in original condition and perfume free before you ship it back to us. Otherwise we will reject the return and you will be responsible to pay for the shipping fee to ship it back to you.
