Due to a sudden rash of people wanting to cancel orders, effective immediately I will NO LONGER CANCEL ANY ORDER FOR ANY REASON. Make your selections carefully. Cancelling existing orders puts great strain on my production and supply ordering flow, costing me valuable time and resources. I will no longer do it, for any reason.


***SHIPPING NOTICE***

Sorry to do this guys, but effective immediately I will no longer ship items to MEXICO. I have had nothing but trouble with the Mexican postal service, resulting in me losing money and product. I simply cannot do it any more. Until I figure out how to exclude ship countries on Etsy, I will manually cancel and refund any orders placed shipping to Mexico. Customers in Mexico are welcome to use a US -based proxy service of their choice if they wish, but I must be contacted about it prior to purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

TURNAROUND TIME: my items are all hand made to order. Please check the individual item listing for production timeframe.

RUSH ORDERS: if you need your order made in a hurry, you MUST purchase the rush processing fee in my shop. I will not honor requests for rush production unless the upgrade is purchased.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All items will be shipped by USPS with tracking unless arranged otherwise. Small items (such as earrings) are sent via First Class mail. All other domestic packages are sent by Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders are shipped UNINSURED FIRST CLASS to save you money! If you would like your parcel insured, please contact me for pricing information.

I DECLARE EVERYTHING AT FULL VALUE ON CUSTOMS FORMS. I am not responsible for any customs or duties levied on your item(s), or if your postal system places a hold on your parcel for any length of time. Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees.

RETURNED PACKAGES: If a package is returned to me because it has been refused or left unclaimed, it will be treated as abandoned and is not eligible for a refund. Packages returned because of errors in the provided address may only be reshipped at the expense of the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES: No refunds or exchanges. My items are made just for you and I cannot take them back. All pre-made items are sold as-is. If you are not happy with something please let me know and I will try my best to fix it for you!

CANCELLATIONS: NO CANCELLATIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make your purchases carefully.

RETURNED PACKAGES: If a package is returned to me because it has been refused or left unclaimed, it will be treated as abandoned and is not eligible for a refund. I will only reship unclaimed packages at the customer's request and reshipment expenses must be paid by the customer.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: If your package is uninsured, I cannot provide replacements or money back in the event that it is lost or damaged. IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR GOES MISSING I NEED TO BE NOTIFIED WITHIN A WEEK OF RECEIPT. I REQUIRE PHOTOS OF THE ITEM AND THE PACKAGING TO ASSESS THE SITUATION. Domestic orders totaling $20 or more are automatically insured. International orders are NOT INSURED unless specifically asked for and the additional fees are paid.
