How long will it take for me to get my package?
Shipping times have been impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days and will ship via a tracked and insured service. You will be able to see exactly where your package is and have coverage if there are any issues in transit.
Why don't you offer Lettermail shipping?
As a small business, we cannot afford to replace your package if it gets lost in the mail. In addition, we cannot give you any information on where it is in the system. Offering flat rate shipping that includes tracking and insurance is our best way to make sure you get your parcel quickly and safely.
Why don't you offer free shipping?
We feel that offering free shipping artificially inflates the item price for the shopper.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee to Canada and the US so you always know exactly how much you will be paying for shipping. This price does not increase with additional items.
For fabric purchases, we offer free shipping in Canada on orders of $150 or more before taxes placed on our website at www.spackcraftfabric.com (Not available on Etsy).
