Returns and exchange details
Items are exchangeable only (store credit) if it arrives broken/damaged . Please let me know within 48hrs of arrival of any problems (photo proof required). I must receive the broken item before I ship out a new one. Please understand that a few items are one of a kind and may take some time if you want an exact replica.
No exchanges on custom orders.
This shop uses the USPS to deliver our items in a flat rate shipping box.
While I do everything in my power to ensure the Pottery is packed safely and securely accidents do happen, so please purchase insurance for your item.
If you would like your item by a certain date express shipping is available for a fee.
Please ensure that your shipping address matches your billing address/ address provided in your profile, this shop will not be held responsible for errors in address.

Custom orders are possible, though may take longer and are subject to negotiation.
All pieces are stoneware fired and can be used in the oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
Some pieces are more delicate than others, please treat accordingly. You may want to hand wash and keep away from sudden temperature change.
Glazes used are commercial and have been tested for food safety.
