I started Spark and Pen as a way to bring all of the things I love into one place, and share them with people that love the same things I do. I knew I'd never be able to find my personal brand of freedom in a brick-and-mortar job, and I wanted to spend as much time as possible outside, creating art, and hanging out with my dogs.

Evolving from one passing obsession to another, I've been doing my best to build Spark and Pen into a place where I could explore different mediums, narratives, and crafts that I wouldn't be able to otherwise.

Now, thanks to its existence, I can live part time on the road in my RV, showing my dogs beautiful places across North America, as well as create art and take the time I need to write and explore.

My goal is to create a safe place, where people can find art that they relate to, and that maybe inspires them to make art of their own.
