Custom and personalized orders
We do offer some slight customization of our items such as materials but as far as new and custom molds we only take these on for large orders over 500 pieces due to time/labor and materials costs and availability.
Wholesale availability
We do offer wholesale availability (boutique bulk) with a slight discount for large wholesale orders. Our bulk deals start at 1000 pieces.
Are the earrings sold as pairs or single?
They are sold in pairs.
Where do I find a size guide for the bracelets or rings?
we offer sizing guide in the picture section on each of our listings usually the second or third picture.
Are the letter openers sharp?
Unfortunately, due to customs laws, regarding the nature of our products, we are not allowed to internationally ship items that have been sharpened. Our letter openers have a dull edge, but are still more than capable of doing their job as is, but you can also slightly sharpen them to your own desire.
Do you have a return policy?

Why do some of the packages come from international addresses?
We have warehouses all over the world. This means that your package can come from different locations based on inventory, among other things. All the items are made the same regardless of the warehouse it's shipped from. You can be sure you'll always get the same high-quality product with every order.
Why is the shipping taking longer than the estimated time?
Typical delivery time is 3-5 business days. But, in the event that your item has to be shipped from an international warehouse, the delivery time can extend to 15-20 business days.
