Welcome to SparkleTownVintage where we're selling the family jewels! Our vintage jewelry is signed or unsigned - wearable or ready to repurpose. We have a varied selection of quality costume jewelry & vintage bead strands from necklaces that need to be restrung to pin blanks that need to be set. Perfect for those who like to put their own personal touch on their vintage accessories.

A note about color reproduction and listing photos: As fantastic as technology is it cannot compete with the job our eyes and brain do to view and perceive color. The listing process compresses photos so they lose color, contrast & clarity. Be sure to click on a photo to see it full size for the best quality image. We try hard to reproduce our beads as accurately as possible but there are many variables, including monitor calibrations, so please convo if you need more information or have questions .

We love what we sell and hope that you do too. We strive to describe all items as accurately as possible and we will give our best estimate as to it's age & origin. We try to depict our items as accurately as possible and will disclose any know flaws in the item description. Please ask us any questions you may have!


We prefer PayPal and we also accept checks and postal money orders but I do wait for checks to clear. Please understand that there will be a delay before your beads are sent to you if you pay by check.

Payment is expected and appreciated within 3 days of sale unless prior arrangements have been made. After that the sale will be canceled.


We ship via First Class mail in a bubble lined mailing envelope via the USPS and will price shipping fairly and accurately. Heavy items may be upgraded to Priority Mail. All items will be carefully wrapped in double or triple bubble wrap. We always purchase Delivery Confirmation on all domestic packages.

We ship internationally via the USPS with the same care that we ship domestically. First Class International is our preferred method and as we use Endicia for our postage /customs forms we are able to insure packages to most countries. Please convo me if you have any questions.

Tracking is available only on the higher priced shipping methods such as International Priority (except small flat rate) and Express Mail. We always submit customs forms and describe the package contents as "craft supplies." This is a fair and honest description that seems to work well in all countries. Please do not ask us to misrepresent the value of your package!

Refunds and Exchanges

Full refunds will be given if items are not as described. Other than that we will give a refund of the item price less shipping costs within 5 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were shipped. Please ask all questions before purchasing. Insurance is recommended for peace of mind.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you live in NY & have a tax number please convo us so we can arrange to receive a copy of your resale certificate. If we do not receive this we will have to charge sales tax on your purchase.
