How do you identify condition of items you sell?
I carefully inspect items prior to listing and will describe any visible defects or flaws. Normal wear is to be expected and is not considered a defect.
The following language is used to describe the condition of items in the shop:
* Excellent or Like New: item has very minimal signs of use or wear.
* Very Good: item has light signs of use or wear.
* Good Vintage Condition: item shows signs of use and wear typical for its age.
* Well Used: item has significant flaws but none-the-less has practical or aesthetic value.
Can you give better shipping rates to international buyers?
Probably! Convo your mailing address to me to get an accurate shipping quote.
Do you refund payment for damaged items?
Yes, your purchases are insured.

Items damaged in transit, will be refunded after you provide the necessary information for filing the claim.
The buyer is responsible for sending photos of the damaged item, packaging, and packing materials to the seller and/or delivery company. Hold on to all of these items until the claim has been resolved. You may be required to present these items to your local post office or carrier for verification of damage.
Additionally, the USPS requires me to report the buyer's email address and phone number.
Go to USPS.com. Use the 'File a Claim' tab in the 'Help' section in the upper right portion of the screen.
Refund of approved claims can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Returns and exchange details
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please take the time to read the descriptions and examine the photos.
Vintage items are 20 years old or older and are more than likely to show signs of age and use. Please ask for additional information and or pictures....I'm happy to chat.
Please notify me within 2-days after delivery if there is a problem. I'll work with you to resolve the situation.
What happens if my package was shipped out but returned to sender?
If a package is returned to me because it has been unclaimed or the address provided is incorrect, I will message you with two options:
#1.) I can re-ship the item for an additional shipping fee.
#2.) I can refund the purchase price minus the price I paid to ship the item to the address you provided and a 10% restocking fee.
