Current production time is updated periodically and always super cedes any items normal shipping time frame. If your deadline is not discussed before ordering, I cannot rush your order without charging a fee.

Please note that all napkins in shop are cocktail, approximately 5x5, and are 2 ply napkins. We do not offer any other size of napkins, and all napkins are sold in sets of 25. We do not print in foil and cannot accommodate to do so. We love custom orders and would love to work with you to come up with something perfect for your event, just contact us through our custom listing. Please note that all custom orders are still subject to the above restrictions of napkin size and type of printing.

Thank you so much for visiting Sparkle & Sparrow! This shop was born out of a love for detail and all of the ways you can incorporate lovely and unique into a celebration. My hope is that you're able to find just the right touches for those special occasions in your life. It is my mission to put love into every product and only send out what I would use in my own events. I do not cut corners, I do not prepare with haste, and I take a great deal of care in everything I make.

We strive to exceed your expectations and aspire to have outstanding feedback here on Etsy. If you feel that your experience hasn't been 100% positive, then please contact us first and let us make it 100% positive before hitting the feedback button. We promise to do our very best to exceed your expectations.

I do provide a refund in the event the wrong item is sent. Color variations from pictures and product do NOT qualify for a refund. If you are not sure about a color I can send you other pictures that better shows what it looks like. If the USPS tracking shows an item to be sent or delivered, but you did not receive an item due to theft, customs issues or mishandling of the postal service, I cannot offer a refund. I might consider a slight price reduction if you would like to re-order the item you didn't receive, but that will be considered on a case to case basis, and shipping would solely be the responsiblity of the buyer.

I cannot give refunds on any items in my shop due to the time it takes to make them, both personalized and not. Anything stamped, printed, or painted is considered a personalized item. I don't offer refunds in any other situation. (This includes changing your mind, buyer inputting wrong information, not discussing event date beforehand and therefore not receiving in time, accidental purchase, etc.) If an item qualifies to be returned ALL parts and pieces must be delivered before I issue a refund. Broken and/or mishandled items are the sole responsibility of the post office and I can not refund in any situation where the post office has damaged your package. I don't refund the cost of shipping.

If you order a product and it is sent within the production time that is stated in shop, but it arrives after your event date because you did not notify me of date and/or make arrangements for a rush order with seller before purchasing, this does NOT qualify for a refund. *VERY IMPORTANT-I am charged multiple fees by Etsy as well as credit card processing fees for every order that is placed- these fees will be taken out of any refund that is given, no exclusions apply.

I cannot cancel or refund a custom order for ANY reason once it has been 24 hours due to the customization and time involved that starts after the item is placed.

I accept PayPal, Visa, Master card, Discover and Amex

I also accept Etsy gift cards!

Payment is expected upon order and your order will not be shipped until I receive payment.
Shipping
I offer both Domestic and International shipping. All orders shipped within the USA will be sent through the U.S. Post Office. International shipments are sent via USPS International and a tracking number will be provided via an email from Etsy Shipping.

I ship most orders within 3-5 business days, though larger or more custom orders might require extra time, but that will be discussed on an individual basis. I am always open to RUSH orders, please just message me when concerned about a strict time frame. There is now a Rush Order option available that you can add-on to your desired item that will enable your order to go to the front of the processing line. Every rush order does need to be discussed with seller before ordering though, just to make sure seller is aware of timeline and confirm that is possible. I am happy to accommodate if at all possible!

International Shipping: In some countries, there might be customs, taxes or fees that are in addition to the purchase price and shipping fees paid to me as the seller. I am unable to forsee, calculate or collect these fees or taxes and am not responsible for these in any capacity. If an order is shipped and not picked up because the applicable fees are not paid in accordance to the regulations, this does not apply as a valid complaint that item was not received and I am unable to refund any amount paid to me.

Lost or Damaged Items: I will research the issue through the shipping service used to find a solution but I am not responsible for items once they are in the hands of the delivery service.
