All'inizio del 2018, un mio amico mi ha insegnato a fare lo slime. Poco dopo, ho creato Sparklez Slime Store. Ho aperto un negozio Etsy, ho imparato a fare diversi tipi di slime e ho iniziato a vendere i miei prodotti di persona. Ero una giovane imprenditrice che sperava di far evolvere il suo marchio nel tempo. Poi, è arrivata una piccola cosa chiamata Covid-19 e la comunità dello slime si è ridotta. Come molte cose sono cambiate nel 2020, così ho fatto anch'io. Tuttavia, da allora ho voluto tornare allo slime. Ad aprile 2024 ho avuto la possibilità di vendere il mio slime a una fiera a scuola ed è stato un enorme successo. Sono anche tornata al Danbury Street Fest dove ho debuttato con il mio bar dello slime ispirato al gelato. Sebbene sia stato divertente riportare in auge la mia attività, qualcosa non andava. Ho capito che questo bivio era il marchio. Sparklez Slime è stata una grande era, ma io non ero più Sparklez. Ed è qui che entra in gioco The Drag Slime. Ora, il mio amore per il glamour e il glamour delle drag si traduce nel mio slime. Spero anche di restituire qualcosa alla comunità di cui faccio parte e da cui traggo ispirazione attraverso le mie vendite. In early 2018, a friend of mine taught me how to make slime. Soon after that, I created Sparklez Slime Store. I started an Etsy shop, learned how to make different types of slime, and started selling my products in person. I was a young entrepreneur who was hoping to evolve my brand over time. Then, a little something called Covid-19 came around and the slime community became smaller. As many things changed in 2020, so did I. However, since then I have wanted to make my return to slime. In April 2024 I had the chance to sell my slime at a fair at school and it was a huge success. I also returned to the Danbury Street Fest where I debuted my ice cream inspired slime bar. Although it was fun bringing my business back, something felt off. I realized this fork in the road was the branding. Sparklez Slime was a great era, but I was not Sparklez anymore. This is where The Drag Slime comes in. Now, my love for the campiness and glamour of drag is translated through my slime.
