REGARDING SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA:
We are unable to ship outside the USA due to the USPS's (United States Postal Service) inability to offer insurance on the Flat Rate Priority Mail Package.
A USA seller ships at complete risk of total loss if an overseas buyer claims non-receipt.
The USPS offers seller protection only when paying $27.50 for up to one pound. (This provides insurance up to a very limited amount of $63.93 USD.) We invite you to verify this information for fact-based proof at usps.com. You may learn an incredible wealth of information at this site regarding the rules/requirements of USA shipping to VARIOUS COUNTRIES.
Flat rate packages offer no insurance protection whatsoever and if a buyer claims non-receipt, PayPal may automatically refund the buyer and the seller may be out the cost of their merchandise, the huge cost of shipping overseas, plus the extensive and additional handling time required for preparing an overseas package for transit.
We have very much enjoyed shipping outside the USA in the past and have never had a problem with shipping to various countries.
However, our store is a Collective of Artists, and as such, we set rules and guidelines together to minimize potential risks and losses for our entire group of artisans; and thus, our policy is for shipping within the USA only.

Here's what you can expect when you've made your purchase:
1.) We process orders as they are received, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to
6:00 pm. (If your order is placed on the weekend, it will process in the order received on Monday. We are closed for holidays.)
2.) Your order will be carefully processed and prepared professionally for transit,
so that your order ships well-packaged. Details matter to us, because we know they matter to you, as well.
3.) We will send you acknowledgement of your order so that you know we've received your order and PayPal payment.
4.) We will send you notification of when your item ships plus provide you with the tracking number. You can track your package online at usps.com ---please note that during exceptional high-delivery times, the USPS may take up to 72 hours or more to update tracking.
