Everlasting Nature

I love the beauty of nature, especially all things floral. I wanted to find a way to wear flowers but to make sure that they stayed looking soft, subtle and realistic as well as being sturdy and hard-wearing. After lots of experimenting with different materials, I came across mulberry paper. It was soft and rustic looking but when sculpted became hard wearing and difficult to damage. The learning curve was steep and I hit many dead-ends before finding techniques that matched my expectations on quality but eventually I found a way of making accessories that reflected the true beauty, and simplicity, of nature.

The name Spearmint and Thyme was inspired by a scent.
One day, in the shower, I was stressing about finding the perfect name for my shop. I had some products that I had nurtured to fruitation and loved but was stuck for a name! Whilst I wondered I began to wash my hair with my favorite shampoo. I wanted my shop to sound natural, creative and to reflect the love I had for my products. I thought about how much I enjoyed the scent of the shampoo so looked at the ingredients for inspiration, the main scents? Spearmint and Thyme!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Every care goes into ensuring the your product is well made and packaged in a safe and secure way.

For ready made or made to order items without custom changes to the overall design, I will accept refunds/exchanges if I am notified first within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is to pay return shipping and exchange shipping if necessary.
The product will need to be in original packaging and not used/worn in order for refunds or exchanges to take place.

Items are dispatched as soon as possible but we implore customers to take into account third party postal services and peak seasonal times when placing their order. Please contact us if you require express shipping for an event.

In order to arrange a refund/replacement we generally require a claim form to be completed and returned to us - please message us for more details.
Payment
Spearmint and Thyme accept payment via PayPal which is a secure online method of payment for both parties.
If you don't have a PayPal account they are easy, safe and free to set up with a debit or credit card.

I am more than happy to cater to Custom Orders - once we have decided on your order, a reserve listing will be created summarising the order. The reserve will be for 25% of the order cost, excluding postage.
Full payment will be required upon completion of the order, once photos have been sent and you are happy, prior to postage.
Shipping
If the delivery varies from the below it will be clearly stated in the product description.

**IF YOU ARE ORDERING FOR AN UPCOMING EVENT please contact us and let us know. We will strive to prioritise your order so it gets to you on time. We recommend placing orders two weeks in advance for domestic orders, four weeks in advance for international. Please double this estimate during peak seasonal periods (eg. Christmas)**

All items are dispatched via STANDARD delivery. You can upgrade to tracked or express delivery at the checkout.
Please note that we do NOT have tracking details for parcels unless you have selected the postage upgrade.

Within Europe: 3-5 working days
Outside of Europe: 5-8 working days

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages. Also, please be advised that I will not falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" on customs forms.

Please note that I am not responsible for postage once it has been dispatched from the studio, the postal service is a third party company and I have no control over it :)

All Paypal shipments will go to the Paypal address on file unless notified previously.

Whilst all designs are created with use and rough and tumble in mind, in order to get the most life out of your product please store it in a cool, dark and dry area away from anything that could crush or otherwise damage it.
Handle your item with care and, where possible, handle only the metal, rather than by the embellishment.

Every item comes with care instructions written to help the buyer prolong the life of their item.
