But their journey didn’t end with award-winning, healthy teas. They recognized the taste and health benefits of quality mixed spices as well. So through in-depth research and development, they invested in both natural tea blends and premium spices, all free from irradiation, additives and preservatives. With fresh, quality products that boost your health, they’re confident that you too, will simply love their teas and spices.

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the SpecialTeaCompany has made an error with your order, you may return the merchandise within 7 days of purchase for a refund. All products must be as sold in sealed packages. We are unable to accept any opened packages. Refunds will be made to the original credit card / Payment Method used to make the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Special Tea Company.

Our return process is a convenient process:

Please ship your returns using US Postal Service Priority Mail, First-Class Mail. UPS. We recommend that you track your package.

Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you of your return. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address provided on your original order.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Check payments.
Shipping
We ship most orders within 24 hours, or the next business day if you place your order over the weekend. We ship via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, International First Class Mail.
