Custom requests or changes?

In some cases, you may request a different background color or pattern color. Send me a message to see if your request can be accommodated BEFORE you order.

Can I return my order and/or get a refund?

No cancellations (after the 1st hour) as orders are entered into the production queue immediately. Sorry, but I do not refund orders or accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

** If something is wrong with your item(s), I'll happily work to replace it if it is warranted. **

Items are custom printed so returns and refunds may not be available unless damaged or defective. If a return is approved for any reason other than damaged, item(s) will be shipped at your own cost, and a 10% "restocking" fee may be required.

Forced returns are not allowed and all shipping costs that result will be the responsibility of the buyer.

What is the cutoff date for Christmas delivery?

Although sooner is always better with made to order products (for any potential unforeseen and unexpected production delays), you should order your items by:
• December 3rd, Noon. (Standard Shipping).
• December 5th, Noon. (Upgraded Shipping).

Shipping delivery estimates are approximations of when your order will arrive, and are not guaranteed by the delivery services. Speckle Rock is not responsible for delivery delays.

Yes, orders placed after these dates very well may arrive in time, but I don't like to take chances when it comes to Christmas gifts, so I can't make any guarantees with those deliveries.

From where do your items ship?

The final production/printing is done through a trusted USA production partner utilizing USA workers. 😊

Gift wrapping and packaging

• Sorry, but at this time I do not offer gift wrapping/packaging or gift messages.

Color accuracy

Please be aware that every monitor is calibrated differently resulting in slight variations from what appears on the screen, appears between different screens on different devices, and the printed color upon the final printed item. Speckle Rock is not responsible for these variations.

Incorrect shipping address on my order

Speckle Rock is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect shipping address provided in the order. Please verify all information when placing your order.

Check your order confirmation email as soon as you get it to verify all details are correct.

Items are shipped to the shipping address provided in your order (unless you can notify me of any error within the 1st hour after purchase). The order will need to be canceled and a new order placed with the correct shipping address as I'm unable to update order shipping addresses.

Tracking says "Delivered" but I don't have my order.

We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the delivery company. I will work with you to get a discounted replacement after 7 days, but you must follow the steps below before the replacement can be sent.

RECOMMENDED STEPS TO TAKE:
• Verify the shipping address in your order is correct.
• Check with anyone who may have picked up your package, or anywhere the package could have been placed.
• Contact the delivery company to verify delivery location. They can pull GPS coordinates to determine delivery location. File report with them.
• If stolen, file a missing package report and contact your local authorities to report the package stolen if all other avenues have been explored. Package theft is serious and must be reported.
