5 out of 5 starsUPDATE: The owner reached out to me about the issue with the wick not burning and offered a replacement or refund with no questions asked. Turns out there were some artemis candles that had some issues burning! I really appreciate the extra step in customer service so I’m changing my rating accordingly. Thank you!
While the candle and packaging is lovely I’m unsure if I just got a bad wick? No matter how much I trim it the flame is barely lit and doesn’t do much except smolder. The glitter/details on it is great and it smells lovely but I can never get it lit properly. I’ve used candles with natural wicks before and I’ve never had this issue and I trim it and everything :( -
