Also, das sind einige zufällige Fakten über mich aus dem Weg! 😝
Ich dachte, ich würde ein wenig Hintergrund über mich selbst geben und wie ich dazu gekommen bin, SpellYeah zu starten!
Ich erlebte vor ein paar Jahren eine lebensverändernde Periode, und infolgedessen wurde bei mir Angstzustände, Depressionen und PTBS diagnostiziert - Ein Jahr später eine Essstörung und erst vor ein paar Monaten Psoriasis-Arthritis. (Ich bin 34, nicht verdammt 84!!)
Ich hatte einige Therapiesitzungen und hatte mit einigen Dämonen zu tun (ehrlich gesagt, das Beste, was ich je getan habe!! Ich würde es wärmstens empfehlen, wenn jemand darüber nachdenkt!) und konzentrierte sich auch auf Spiritualität, Meditation, Kristalle usw.
Aber da ich auch von der Arbeit abgemeldet wurde, konnte ich spüren, wie meine geistige und körperliche Gesundheit wieder scheiße werden würde. Ich war frustriert, gelangweilt und hatte das Gefühl, keinen Zweck zu haben.
Ich wollte meine Energie in etwas Positives stecken. Nicht nur etwas, über das ich eine Leidenschaft und Wissen habe, sondern etwas, das auch anderen helfen würde, die sich vielleicht ähnlich fühlen wie ich. Ich wollte etwas zurückgeben, das Wissen, das ich auf dem Weg gesammelt habe, verbreiten, in der Hoffnung, dass es auch anderen hilft. Und ich wollte dies auf eine lustige, schrullige Weise tun, um meine Persönlichkeit zu vermitteln und dem Tag der Menschen diese besonderen Akzente zu verleihen.

Und so SpellYeah! wurde gezaubert! 🤍✨

So, that’s some random facts about me out of the way! 😝
I thought I’d give a little background about myself and how I came to start SpellYeah!
I experienced a life changing period a few years ago, and, as a result, I was diagnosed with anxiety, depression & PTSD - A year later, an eating disorder and just a few months ago, psoriatic arthritis. (I’m 34, not bloody 84!!)
I had some therapy sessions & dealt with some demons (honestly, the best thing I ever did!! I’d highly recommend it if anyone is considering it!) and also focused on spirituality, meditation, crystals etc.
But with also being signed off work, I could feel my mental & physical health going to shit again. I was frustrated, bored & felt like I didn’t have a purpose.
I was wanting to put my energy into something positive. Not just something that I have a passion and knowledge about, but something that would also help others that may feel similar to myself. I wanted to give something back, to spread the knowledge that I’ve picked up along the way, in the hope that it helps others too. And I wanted to do this in a fun, quirky way, to get across my personality and add those special touches to people’s day.

And so SpellYeah! was conjured! 🤍✨
