Payments on custom orders generally cannot be refunded once the item is made (see return policy below).
Taxes apply to purchases made in the state of Florida at the rate of 6%. County sales tax may also apply.
I ship everything through USPS, via First Class Mail or Priority or Parcel Post (for large orders and non-collapsible hoops) which allows me to charge a reasonable shipping rate and ensures that the items will be handled with care. Please allow 5-9 business days for delivery (that does not include Saturday and Sunday)
I will provide insurance for purchases over $50 (does not include shipping), and upon request for purchases less than $50. I use shipping confirmation for every shipment and shipping confirmation can be provided upon request.
I promise to pack every item carefully to prevent any damage. However, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unreceived packages that are uninsured, and cannot issue a refund if something happens to your item and it is not insured. If the shipping confirmation says that it was successfully delivered then I assume it is delivered and will not issue a refund or exchange.
If your hoop is not received within the shipping timeframe but the tracking says it shipped, or if it just says “shipping information received”, you may call 800-ASK-USPS to inquire. Keep hitting “0” until you are placed on hold for an operator. Please keep in mind that once an item is shipped, there is nothing I can do to influence the speed at which it is delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE BASED UPON ONE HOOP. WHEN YOU ORDER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL HOOP. IF THERE ARE SHIPPING OVERCHARGES, THEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Refunds and Exchanges
I RETAIN THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, BASED ON MY ASSESSMENT OF THE CLAIM. For shipping damage or lost items, please make a claim with USPS.
I RETAIN THE RIGHT TO ALTER ORDERS AS NEEDED BASED ON CURRENT TAPE INVENTORIES. I WILL DO MY BEST TO COMMUNICATE ANY CHANGES. YOU SHOULD CONSIDER LISTING A SECONDARY COLOR CHOICE FOR HOOP TAPES. A change of tape finished, so long as it is in the same original color choice, does not constitute a reason to return or exchange the item.
I am not responsible for items damaged during shipping that are not insured and do not typically accept returns on custom orders. However, I will review your situation if you are not satisfied and may be able to work with you. For damaged items I require photographic documentation of the damage. Most likely I will suggest you make a claim directly with USPS. For domestic shipments, you may do so here: https://www.usps.com/ship/file-domestic-claims.htm All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of item.
Given the nature of the tape used to make the hoop and the method by which I ship, some crinkling and creasing of the tape may occur. This is unavoidable. Please cut into your packages carefully.
All returns are made at purchaser's own risk and are subject to review prior to refund. If you return an item and it has clearly been used, is damaged, or is otherwise inconsistent with your claim, I reserve the right to refuse a refund.
