My friend received his picture right on his birthday, May 15th. He of course said he loved it. I asked him to describe it to me and he said it was laminated, which means to me it is smooth. I thought the picture would be raised like an oil painting with brush strokes. My misunderstanding, I am sure. He sent me a picture of it, and expected it to be on something more substantial. When he held it to take the picture it curled. Once again, perhaps if I saw it myself I would appreciate it more. Sincerely, Carla Ramseier

This was by far the best artwork I found for UVa. I wanted something iconic from the campus for an ACC gallery I am making. I love that this painting clearly shows the living quarters on the ground level coveted (I believe) by seniors. The texture is also unique and different from all my other prints, which I actually love!
