Spiderbite's Shop Policies


Hello! Here is some information to make your buying experience at Spiderbite Boutique easier.


Payment is due at time of checkout. Please pay promptly.


All domestic Nightmare Snatcher orders (from the United States) are shipped Priority Mail. Worry-Woolies are shipped first class and the price of their packaging is included in the shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped First class air mail, the price of the packaging used for shipping is included in the shipping cost. All international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be incurred.

Orders will be shipped 1-2 days after payment is received.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 business days after receiving the item.

You are eligible for a refund minus shipping if it is sent back unused and in its original condition. Refund will be issued after I receive the returned item. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is being returned because of damage incurred before your receipt of merchandise.

If you are returning because the item arrived damaged, a new item will be shipped out as soon as the damaged item is returned. Before the damaged item is returned I will request an image of the damage on the merchandise to verify that it is eligible for a full return. Once I receive the damaged good and inspect it, I will refund the return shipping you paid to send it back.
