I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If your decal is torn, twisted, or otherwise mutilated upon arrival, then a replacement will be issued once received back by seller. Replacements will not be issued to decals that have been applied and then removed.
Refunds are only given when the item is returned in like new condition. Original shipping fee will not be refunded, only the item price.
Personalized Items CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. All sales FINAL. If your decal is damaged as the result of the USPS documentation will be required to submit a claim with USPS and once proof of damage is received a replacement will be sent.
Payment
*We accept Paypal, Etsy Gift Cards, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay.
Cancellation Policy
*Custom and Personalized orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED once they are placed and cannot be returned.
Taxes:
*We charge tax for the New York state deliveries.
Shipping
*We ship to customers within the United States and small number of international countries.
*International BUYERS are responsible to pay all import taxes/duties including VAT. VAT taxes ARE NEVER INCLUDED in the price you pay through Etsy. These are additional fees from your country when they charge it.
*Decals are shipped within two business days following receipt of payment.
*All orders shipped within the US are sent either First Class or Priority Mail, both include delivery confirmation. Your choice of shipping method during checkout.
*All International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and delivered within 2 weeks. In rare cases international deliveries can take up to6 weeks from the time the order is shipped.

Some decals come as one piece, while others may come in two or more for easier application for larger decals. You can separate and align on the wall as you choose. Our pictures are simply a reference point.
Decal will have great difficulty adhering to the following surfaces and may not stick at all:
• Low VOC or VOC free paint
• "Green" environmentally friendly paints
• Freshly painted walls. New paint will "gas out" over a course of 1 - 2 months preventing the decal adhering the long term. It is advised to wait 2 months and then apply.
• Rough/textured walls
You must use your test decal FIRST to be sure the decal will stick. We advise waiting 24 hours with the test decal applied to be sure it will stay adhered to the wall BEFORE applying your decal to the wall.

All of our products are made of the highest quality in the vinyl decal market. Our decals are cut when they are ordered, which means you can order exactly what YOU want!
Will the decal stick to my wall?
Our vinyl decals can be applied to most surfaces; smooth/lightly textured walls, glass, mirrors, some finished wood, and plastic.
Decal will have great difficulty adhering to the following surfaces and may not stick at all:
• Low VOC/VOC free paint
• "Green" environmentally friendly paints
• Freshly painted walls. New paint will "gas out" over a course of a few weeks preventing the decal adhering the long term. It is advised to wait 1 month and then apply.
• Rough/textured walls
Refunds WILL NOT be issued for decals not sticking due to this type of paint.
A test decal is provided and should be applied first. It’s advised to wait 24 hours to be sure the test decal will stay adhered to the wall prior to applying your decal.
Application
Each decal comes with complete application instructions, a test decal for practice and a squeegee.
Decals are super easy to apply and are by far the easiest way to embellish your space!
Simply peel the white backing off your decal and apply the decal with transfer tape side out to your hard, clean, smooth, dry wall or surface.
Can the decal be removed and reused?
Our decals are removable but not reusable.
Decals are a one time use product as the vinyl stretches when it is removed. Removing the vinyl from your wall or surface is simple and hassle free. Easy Peasy!
When will I get my item? How long does shipping take?
All decals are shipped within 1 - 3 business days following receipt of payment. Business days are Monday - Friday.
All orders shipped within the US are sent either First Class or Priority Mail, both include delivery confirmation. You have your choice of shipping method during the checkout process.
All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail and delivered within 2 weeks. In rare cases international deliveries can take up to 6 weeks from the time the order is shipped.
Do you combine shipping?
YES, as long as you are ordering all items in a single transaction. The shipping will automatically combine during the checkout process with one shipping fee.
Multiple transactions, separate checkouts for each order will incur separate shipping charges.
