Frequently asked questions
Care instructions
We clean all items we purchase for our shop with soap and water (with the exception of wood, baskets and artwork). We leave all of our items in vintage condition so that the buyer can determine whether or not they choose to polish an item. Silver plated items have tarnish so please see photos for information on item condition.
We include details on item condition in the description as well so we try to be clear about any scratches or marks that the items may have!
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping, but we can add a personalized note if you are buying your item as a gift. Just Iet us know the message you would like us to include on the card and we can put it in the package. (Please indicate if you would like your gift to have your name included).
We try to ship USPS Priority Mail (if shipping cost allows) but we ship large orders of multiple items through FED EX Home which does take longer but has been safer for heavier items that we have shipped.
*We will combine shipping prices for multiple items- please convo us with the items that you would like to purchase and we can let you know the shipping price. If not, any shipping overage over $1 will be refunded.
