If you read www.spinartiste.com, you might have wondered from time to time where you could get some of the items featured on the website that I make or run across in my travels. Well, wonder no more! Returns and exchanges
Colors and textures are described as accurately as possible in the listing; therefore, returns are not accepted due to color monitor variance. If you have any questions, please convo me. If there is something wrong with your item please let me know. I want you to be happy with your purchase(s). Refunds within five days of receipt for purchases if it is returned in the condition sent and no unpleasant feedback is involved. If something is lost in shipment, with proper documentation, a refund or replacement will be made. If you encounter any issues with a sale from my shop, please confo me to resolve the issue before leaving negative feedback. I will leave feedback on the purchaser after being sure that everything is OK with the sale.
Payment
PayPal accepted for items purchased. If you need to cancel an order, contact me to work it out.
Shipping
Shipping is done on Thursdays. When a holiday falls on a Thursday, things get shipped the next shipping day. If you need something rushed, please convo me so we can work it out.

Shipment is made to the address provided by etsy and paypal. Please make sure your addresses match. If this is a gift and you'd like the purchase sent elsewhere, please convo me so I can make the appropriate changes.

Shipment is first class within the US, with delivery confirmation. If you'd rather have me ship priority, please send me a note in the message to seller and I'll send you a revised invoice or refund your difference.

Shipment for international orders is First Class. Please leave ample time for an international shipping, as those packages usually take at least twice as long. International customers are responsible for any duties or fees associated with the purchase.

Insurance is not included in the shipping price, and I take no responsibility for damage or loss to a package due to the Post Office. Insurance is recommended on large orders! If you'd like insurance on your package, let me know and I'll send you a revised invoice. If there is an overage in shipping it will be applied to insurance. Any shipping overage over $2 will be refunded to seller.

If your package is missing please let me know and I will do my best to track it down. For international shipments, please wait at least 30 days before thinking it's lost. Sometimes the packages get stuck in customs along the way. There is no way to track international packages through USPS.
