Thank you for visiting SpinningStreak.
My shop contains a mixture of one-off, truly unique knitted items and handspun and/or hand dyed yarn. I make everything myself, apart from the occasional bargain destash yarn.
Everything listed in the shop is already knitted and is ready for immediate dispatch. Custom orders are welcome, but obviously take a little longer. Please just contact me to discuss what you are looking for.

Payment
I accept both Paypal and Direct Checkout.
Paypal accept major cards, so you do not have to have a Paypal account.
Shipping
Shipping is usually by Royal Mail. I post Mon. to Sat. within 3 days, very often within 24 hours. I always obtain the certificate of posting but do not take out additional insurance or tracking services unless requested by the customer.
Royal Mail International estimates 5 to 7 working days for delivery to World Zone 1 (inc. USA) They do not consider an item lost until 25 working days have elapsed, so will not consider any claim for compensation before this.

The customs declaration labels put on the packages will never contain false information for any reason and it is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of what can be legally imported into their particular country.
The buyer is responsible for all import duties and any custom charges their order may incur - please do check this out. Under EU regulations, I am required to inform you of any potential taxes, charges or fees that you may be liable for. Please contact me if you wish me to research these for you - if you do not contact me for this service then I will not be liable to pay these charges. This means any taxes, charges or fees that your country may impose on you when your parcel arrives in your country or at your delivery address.
Refunds and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy when you receive your purchase, please contact me straightaway. My aim is 100% satisfaction and so far (8 years on Etsy) I have achieved this.
Under EU regulations, items can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Within that time frame, buyers can change their minds and return products without providing a reason. You may return the item using this form: http://extfiles.etsy.com/cancellation-forms/EUCancellationFormEN.pdf
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return delivery, and you are strongly advised this should be sent 'signed for' or insured as I will not be able to refund any order not received. When returning an item it is advisable to notify me before posting it, so that I know to expect it, and please ensure you retain proof of posting until I have confirmed receipt and refunded you.
