About my designs :
All of my designs are original sketches which have been painted, free-hand style, with soft, supple non-toxic fabric paints. As I do not silk-screen or use stencils, no two items will ever be absolutely identical. Facial features and expressions will vary ever so slightly. Fish fins and tails will flow just a bit differently from fish to fish. This is what makes your item truly original and unique. All of my designs are signed by me. All of my merchandise is created in a smoke free/pet free environment.

I am committed to providing my customers with high quality, durable products. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and hope you'll come back and shop with me regularly. I accept all payments via PayPal, checks and USPS money orders. Merchandise will not be shipped until full payment is received and confirmed.

***Payment by personal check may delay shipment by as much as one week as that payment must clear my bank before shipping.



I send a CONFIRMATION E-MAILS within 48 hours advising when I intend to ship your item. I send a notice again when the item has actually been put in the hands of the Postal Service.

Most HAND-PAINTED PURCHASES will be shipped in 3-5 days from the time payment is received and confirmed. During holiday seasons, when orders are heavier, shipping may take up to 10 days for custom painted items. However, that is a rare situation and you will be told right away if I expect such a delay. I generally do not ship on Saturdays.

All "READY TO SHIP"and VINTAGE items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment. Again, I generally do not ship on Saturdays.

All orders are sent with an invoice, if you are sending your item as a gift please let me know!! I'll be happy to include a gift message and omit the invoice. Simply tell me what message you'd like sent in the "Message to Seller" section of the order form. (All international orders must have an invoice enclosed according to Customs rules and regulations. i will, however, be glad to still include a gift card with message to your recipient.))

Where possible, we I do offer COMBINED SHIPPING on multiple purchases. Some merchandise (specific vintage items and my lamps and furniture) cannot usually be packed with other pieces and do not reflect a combined shipping price in their listings. Lamps and shades will often ship in separate boxes. If I am able to combine shipping on items that do not list such combined shipping fees at a significant savings, I will refund a portion of those over-charges.

Shipping Fees are listed with each individual item's description. Please make sure that YOUR ADDRESS is correct with Etsy and Paypal. This is the address given to me for shipping purposes.

SHIPPING CHARGES include packaging and handling. Clothing items are packed cleanly and in the most cost effective manner. I take pride in my packing and, in the instance of vintage merchandise, use significant padding to protect delicate pieces. I do, often, use clean recycled materials for packing vintage and other breakable items. Most items are shipped via First Class or Priority USPS. Larger, heavier items may ship via USPS Standard Post (formerly Parcel Post) for economical reasons. On very rare occasions, I may use UPS on the larger pieces of furniture or home decor.

***I do ship INTERNATIONALLY on most of my merchandise. Some larger, heavier pieces are unavailable for international shipment and are marked as such.

****INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the BUYER. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try my best to provide a quality product as described in the listing. Should there be a problem with the merchandise that cannot be resolved, I will advise the buyer to return the product in its new, unused condition. A full refund will be issued within 10 days of my receipt of the returned merchandise. I MUST authorize the return prior to the merchandise being sent back. BUYER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

***Refunds will be given on PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE ONLY when I have made an error in the personalization or in the case of defective merchandise.
