Many of our listings will be of kits, mini kits, add ons or single items. If there is an item you are interested in from a kit or add on and it is not offered for sale individually, please email us and we will let you know if it is available as a single item purchase.

All items listed will be in NEW condition unless otherwise stated in the listing.

We are unable to carry every amazingly scrumptious scrapbook item available so in order to better serve our customers we offer custom order requests. Returns and exchanges
At this time we only accept refunds or exchanges if the item(s) received are not the same as the item(s) ordered or something is missing from your order. Please understand that occasional mistakes/errors can be made in the listings and although we do our best to ensure complete accuracy, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about a listing BEFORE placing your order.
Payment
We offer the following Payment Methods:

Cash: Mostly used for local purchases; Payment is due at time of order pickup. Orders must be picked up within 3 business days. Local delivery is available for an additional fee. If sending cash via mail then payment must be received within 7 business days. If payment is not received then the order will be canceled and placed back online and locally for sale. If mailing a cash payment then I highly suggest sending it certified as we can not be held liable for lost payment and your order will not ship until payment has been received.

Personal or Business Checks: Payments must be received within 7 business days. If payment is not received then the order will be canceled and placed back online and locally for sale. Please allow up to two weeks for the check to clear our bank, although this normally only takes a few days it can at times take longer. This hold is necessary to prevent fraudulent payments via check and if you choose this payment method you agree with and understand that it will cause a delay in your order shipment.

Money Order/Cashier's Check: Payment must be received within 7 business days. If payment is not received then the order will be canceled and placed back online and locally for sale.

Paypal: Paypal payment must be received upon order completion. Payments not received will be canceled and placed back online and locally for sale.

***If for ANY reason your order is canceled due to non payment you will be notified via email and you may place a new order. Because our stock is limited and only a certain number of our exclusive kits are available we cannot guarantee that the item(s) from your initial order will be available later for purchase.

***If you repeatedly place orders without providing payment according to our payment guidelines, we reserve the right to block you from placing future orders as well as report you to Etsy for violation of shop policies.
Shipping
We generally ship via USPS to ensure a fast delivery of your goods and in most all cases a tracking number will be provided to you. (On rare occasions we have had problems processing shipping addresses online and have had to mail it from the local USPS branch which resulted in forfeiture of free package tracking.) If we can not complete the online submission of your order for shipping we will ship your order directly from the nearest USPS location without a tracking number unless it is requested beforehand. An email will be sent to you letting you know that your order has shipped and a tracking number could not be provided.

If for any reason you would like a different shipping method, whether it be an upgrade for faster delivery, downgrade to save on shipping costs, shipping insurance, a different carrier, international shipping or anything else, please contact us so that we may address your specific requests. Please keep in mind that changes or additions to our default shipping procedures may incur additional costs to your order.

We can not be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. We can however give you the option of purchasing insurance for your order which will protect your investment in the rare case that anything should happen to it after it leaves our hands. If insurance is requested please contact us ahead of time so that we may ensure it is included with your order.

Local orders for pickup only will NOT incur shipping charges so please be sure to choose local pickup as your shipping method.

Local Deliveries (within a 15 mile radius of 65584) will incur a $5 delivery charge. If you live locally, but not within the 15 mile radius, you are welcome to contact me regarding additional delivery fees or a meeting arrangement can be made within the delivery area as well.
